The service was a bit of a mix; some staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, while others seemed less welcoming, especially towards special requests. The location was convenient for our needs, being right next to Children's Mercy Hospital. The dining options were a letdown compared to other places I've stayed, but the overall value for money was decent.
