The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful staff, but had some noise issues. The location was perfect for our needs, and the dining options were subpar.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, despite being close to the Interstate, where I didn't hear much traffic noise. The staff was friendly, although not overly helpful, and the location was suitable for my needs.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although there was a small issue with the room we initially checked into, the hotel quickly resolved it by providing us with another room at a good deal. The service was a bit of a mix; some staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, while others seemed less welcoming, especially towards special requests. The location was convenient for our needs, being right next to Children's Mercy Hospital. The dining options were a letdown compared to other places I've stayed, but the overall value for money was decent.
